I found myself complementing a pharmacy staffer yesterday once I made my way up to the counter after a 90 minute wait in line (yes I had to get the medication or I would have left). Turns out the supervisor is cutting back on staffing levels, then one person was ill yesterday and went home. That left only two people for the whole day with dozens of people in line. When I got to the counter, I told the women she was doing a great job managing the confusion and she was appreciative that I wasn’t complaining! I am even going to write to the supervisor to compliment the staffers and complain to him the way they were treated.
